The 14th Graduation Exhibition of NCCU Digital Content and Technology: 《Superposition》
"There is no longer a 'there', everything is 'here' and 'now'." — Paul Virilio
The evolution of digital technology has fundamentally altered how humanity perceives the world. As acceleration erases the spatial distance between destinations, the disappearance of space shifts the nature of time itself, folding online and offline realities into a "superposition" of the present moment. Superposition highlights both the dissolution of spatial transit and the layered, simultaneous intersection of virtual and physical time.
Through mediums like AR, VR, sound, and moving images, this graduation exhibition utilizes virtual techniques to disrupt the physical urban fabric. It presents a futuristic blueprint spanning design, technology, and art—inviting us to rethink the delicate relationships between speed/space, power/acceleration, and body/technology in this misted, cross-layered reality.
Want to explore the multi-dimensional shifts of time and space, and witness how technology reconfigures the boundaries of our physical cities? We invite you to become a perceiving observer within this field of interference. Join us at the NCCU DCT Graduation Exhibition: 《Superposition》!
